WELCOME TO PROLIFIC HARVEST

Therapy for the souls of folk seeking new growth when “what goes on in these four walls” no longer fits in the room.

LET’S TAKE THIS OUTSIDE AND HEAL.

Welcome. I’m so glad you landed here.

Peace to you, I’m Nicole.

… and I’m about that life. I’m about that healing needs so much space and expansion-type-of-life. Deliberate joy is boundless when given enough breathing room, and as founder of Prolific Harvest LLC, I aim to organically develop a mission-driven practice rooted in trauma repair through nature and narrative.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of Howard University, where I merged my backgrounds in English Education and African-American literature with my passion for mental health and wellness. I serve as a strengths-based and trauma-informed therapist and certified nature and forest therapy guide to residents of Washington DC and Maryland. My focus involves working with people feeling held down by trauma and loss, stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness. While my primary specialization is with the unique mental health experiences of black women, I also support diverse communities along the spectrum of mental health and intersectionality —including: LGBTQIA+ communities, BIPOC, all women, and allies. Through my offering of therapy, I’ll help you to uproot the stuck points that no longer serve you, to plant your own seeds of repair, and to grow an authentic life-story that centers healing, radical self-care, improved wellness and quality of life.

My offerings to you.

I offer outdoor nature-based therapy. During COVID-19 pandemic, physical distancing, and quarantine, I am also offering online (virtual) therapy, with creative ways of bringing nature-connection inside. I use nature and narrative as a trauma-informed framework and infuse sensorimotor approaches, mindfulness-based stress reduction practice, and creative writing journal prompts into your care plan. Each session and/or experience is intended to honor your specific needs and goals.

INVESTMENT

$230 per 50-minute individual therapy session. Weekly and bi-weekly appointments available.

I am an out-of-network provider. While I am not paneled with any specific insurance company, I do provide monthly invoices that allow you to file an "out-of-network" claim for financial reimbursement by most insurance plans.

I OFFER ONE FREE 50-MINUTE CONSULTATION SESSION. This allows you to briefly share what you are experiencing from your viewpoint, how this experience is impacting you, and your hopes for therapy. It is also where you can ask questions that you may have of me, and where we can also discuss logistical points such as scheduling, investment, and what it means for me to be an out-of-network provider. This initial shared time can better help you determine if my approach to therapy aligns with what you are looking for.
